Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Casamera purchase, but if you're not entirely happy for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days. We offer free domestic returns and will provide a digital USPS or UPS return label.

If there's any kind of defect in the product you received, please email us at support@casamera.com with a description and image of the defect and we will replace it for you.

Returns

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

  • A partial refund may apply if returned items are not in good condition.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International customers must provide a return label with a tracking number. Reach out to support@casamera.com to get started.

Exchanges

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Digital USPS or UPS return label are provided for domestic exchanges.

  • A small fee applies for shipping and handling.
