We really hope you love your Casamera purchase. But if for some reason you're not happy, we have a super simple return policy.
If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply send them back. We will replace or refund the amount you paid.
There's no arbitrary time limit, and no questions asked. Although, if you use our towels for a year and then want to return them for no real reason, we'll probably call you out on that.
Please note: considering current world events and the fact that Casamera is a small business ran by a small handful of people, we will not be able to accept or process all returns at this time- unless the items you received were defective or the wrong color/size.
If something is wrong with the bathrobe you received like the size you ordered wasn't correct or if there's any physical defect with the bathrobe itself, we'll send you a new one when you send us the old one back.
For size exchanges a small fee depending on your location and size of the order will apply.
